It’s that time again .. it’s March .. and yeah we know the whole lion thing. But that roarin’ is also the roar of women cuz it’s Women’s History Month.
Women’s history month for honoring the accomplishments of so many brave & fearless women. Women who were not afraid to stand out, break social norms or risk being alienated by their communities.
These are women who fought for the right to vote, women who flew solo across the Atlantic, women who played professional sports, women who served on the United States Supreme Court … and so many other feats … while still being mothers, sisters, grandmothers, aunts, step-moms ….
And keep in mind these women who accomplished so many firsts did so in an environment where such behavior was not considered “ladylike”.
